Focal Systems is seeking a Field Service Team Lead to oversee overnight installations for customers across the UK. You will lead a small team on site, coordinate tasks, and ensure all deployments meet quality standards and KPIs.

Role involves travel to sites, working night shifts, and using power tools to install camera hardware. You will train and mentor technicians while maintaining accurate installation records and adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a small field service team.
• Strong technical aptitude with hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Proficient with power tools and installation equipment.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of Field Service Technicians on site to meet plan and schedule.
• Install and configure camera hardware according to company standards.
• Conduct pre-installation site checks and address issues before the start.
• Serve as primary on-site customer contact and ensure SLAs are met.
• Maintain records of installations, parts, and time spent.
