Job summary

Focal Systems is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform installations across customer sites, primarily overnight. The role involves installing camera hardware, configuring systems, and meeting installation KPIs.

A valid UK driving licence and reliable transport are required, with a 6-month fixed-term contract and minimum 20 hours per week. The technician will travel to sites, operate power tools, adhere to safety protocols, and maintain accurate installation records while ensuring SLAs

Qualifications

• Proven field service experience in installations or related field.
• Strong technical troubleshooting abilities for hardware and software.
• Experience using power tools and installation equipment.
• Physical stamina to work up to 9 hours on site.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet quality standards.
