Job summary

Noble Foods Ltd. is seeking an experienced multi-skilled maintenance engineer to lead a night shift at the Leicester AV site. You will respond to breakdowns, perform preventative maintenance and work with production teams to improve performance and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a focus on safety, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across the automated production environment. Nights pattern applies with 4 on 4 off shifts in Leicester.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled engineer with electrical and/or mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3+)
• Previous experience in managing a team
• Experience in automated production environments is desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of engineers and organise daily activities
• Respond to breakdowns and deliver preventative maintenance
• Improve OEE and drive continuous improvement across the site
• Train and develop staff to follow best practices and safety protocols
• Plan resource coverage during holidays and absences
