Pioneer Selection is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a busy FMCG site in Hull, East Yorkshire. This permanent nights role operates 4 on 4 off and focuses on electrical and mechanical maintenance, breakdown response and continuous improvement.

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, drive uptime through root-cause analysis, and ensure safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has multi-skilled maintenance experience in manufacturing and hold NVQ Level 3 in

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory environment.
• Stable work history (no job hoppers)

Responsabilités

• You will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance, responding to breakdowns, carrying out planned preventative maintenance, and supporting site performance through continuous improvement and root-cause fault finding.
