Job summary

Noble Foods in Leicester is seeking a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to respond to breakdowns, perform preventative maintenance and support new equipment installation. Based at the Added Value site, you will work nights (4 on 4 off) from 19:00 to 07:00, driving improvements in OEE, reliability and production standards.

You will have Electrical and/or Mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3+), with experience in automated production or FMCG environments preferred.

Qualifications

Multiskilled engineer with Electrical and/or Mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3+)
Experience in automated production environments preferred
Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset

Responsibilities

Respond quickly to breakdowns and minimise downtime
Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and servicing
Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
Drive improvements in OEE, machine performance and reliability
Work cross-functionally to enhance production standards
Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records
