Noble Foods, Home of the Happy Egg Co., is seeking a multi‑skilled maintenance engineer for nights at our Leicester Added Value site. You will respond to breakdowns, perform preventative maintenance, and support new equipment installations to improve OEE and reliability.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3+ in Electrical or Mechanical.
• Apprenticeship highly desirable.
• Experience in automated production environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to breakdowns and minimise downtime.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and servicing.
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Drive improvements in OEE, machine performance and reliability.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist audits.
