Job summary

The Compleat Food Group in Milton Keynes is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer – Nights to join our dedicated engineering team on a 3 on, 3 off night shift (5pm-5am). You will diagnose faults, perform PPMs and carry out high-standard repairs to keep production lines running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has experience as a maintenance engineer, relevant industry qualifications, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.
• Previous experience in a food environment is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and fault-finding Mechanical/ Electrical breakdowns.
• Performing PPMs and repairs methodically and efficiently to the highest engineering standards.
• Ensure all respective corrective actions are carried out and recorded on CMM System.
• Ability to demonstrate high attention to detail with good analytical and reporting skills.
• Always demonstrate a first-class work ethic.
• To build and develop first class relationships with all site functions.
