Job summary

Mecca is seeking a Team Member to be the friendly face on the floor, welcoming guests, supporting play on gaming machines, and serving snacks and drinks. You’ll help create a great atmosphere from first visit to last spin while following clear standards and escalating issues when needed.

Great for those with a customer-first mindset, with training provided. Night shifts and weekend work are required due to extended venue hours, and you’ll be part of a supportive, high-energy team focused on

Qualifications

• Customer-first attitude and great people skills.
• Team player energy with clear communication and on-shift learning.
• Hospitality, retail, leisure, or similar experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure a welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure.
• Support play on gaming machines and assist guests with basic issues.
• Serve snacks and drinks and help keep the venue clean, safe and well-presented.
• Follow health, safety, licensing and safer gambling procedures; escalate issues when needed.
• Work with the team to deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
