Mecca in Luton's venues is seeking a Team Member to be the friendly face on the floor, welcoming guests and supporting play on our machines. You will help deliver great service, serve snacks and drinks, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere from first visit to last spin.

Qualifications

• Customer-first attitude, friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Team player energy with clear communication.
• Previous experience in hospitality/retail/leisure is helpful but not essential. Full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve snacks and drinks and help create a great venue atmosphere.
• Follow standards, resolve or escalate issues where needed.
