You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, monitor Care Plans, and provide care improvements as needed, while respecting privacy, rights, and preferences of clients.

- Measure effectiveness of Care Plans with the interdisciplinary team and suggest improvements
- Carry out tasks while respecting clients' dignity and privacy
- Respect clients' rights and choices in all care activities
