Job summary

Radis is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker to join a friendly team delivering care to individuals with complex support needs in England. You will work under supervision of a Registered Nurse, building trusting relationships with people and families, and contributing to their independence at home.

The role requires kindness, flexibility, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Wake night shifts and varied hours are available, with a competitive rate and opportunities

Qualifications

• Kind, caring and patient approach to complex care.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and positive attitude with a proactive mindset.
• Good attention to detail and observation skills.
• Able to recognise when someone needs assistance or is in pain.
• Experience with complex care needs or willingness to undergo training and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with complex care needs in home and community settings.
• Work under supervision of a Registered Nurse for competency assessment and ongoing guidance.
• Build trusting, respectful relationships with users and their families.
• Follow rota including every other weekend and wake night shifts when required.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centred care and observe for changes in condition.
