Job summary

Superior Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Children's Complex Care Support Worker to provide one-to-one care for a 6-year-old client in Benenden, Kent, during 12-hour waking night shifts. This rewarding role supports the child at home and helps the family maintain independence.

We value compassionate, reliable carers with experience in complex pediatric needs, including feeding and medication administration. Training, clinical support, and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with children who have complex care needs.
• Experience with PEG and/or Mickey Button feeding is desirable.
• Ability to administer medications and support daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care tailored to the client.
• Build a trusting relationship with the child and family.
• Support clinical and daily living needs in a home environment.
• Work with a nurse-led team to provide safe, high-quality care.
