Barchester-Healthcare in Southampton is seeking a Residential Senior Night Carer to deliver warm, person-centred care and lead a care team on night shifts. You will supervise staff, train team members, and delegate duties while safely administering and ordering medications and updating care plans.

Formación

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care required.
• Experience in a residential care setting with leadership ability.
• Ability to make appropriate decisions to support residents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of care staff on shift.
• Administer and order medications as required.
• Review and update resident care plans and risk assessments.
• Liaise with GPs, district nursing teams and resident families.
