Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Night Senior Carer to support residents with warm, person-centred care and to supervise Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. The role offers opportunities to contribute to medication support, assessments and care reviews.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care required.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
• Provide care that respects residents’ dignity and preferences in a warm, welcoming environment.
