Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Night Senior Carer to supervise a team of Care Assistants and support a clinical team in areas like medication, assessments, care plans and reviews. You will ensure residents receive individualised, respectful care in a warm and vibrant environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
• Uphold dignity and personalised care for residents and foster a warm, welcoming environment.
