Job summary

McGhee's Bakery is seeking a Bakery Operative to support the production line, packing and preparing products to high quality standards. It is a hands-on role requiring flexibility and a willingness to work across different areas of the production line.

Shifts run 18:00–02:30, five days per week (Sunday-Thursday) with 24/7 operation. Starting pay is £14.73 per hour with one 30-minute unpaid break and one 20-minute paid break daily. This is a full-time position based in Glasgow G21 1HX.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible and able to adapt to different areas of the production line.
• Demonstrates attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met.
• Willing to learn a range of other jobs on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Operate on the bakery production line to produce and pack goods.
• Assist with preparation and quality checks to maintain standards.
• Be part of a 24/7 operation and support various shifts as needed.
