Agincare is seeking a Night Senior Care Assistant for Nightingale care home in Derby. The role runs 36 hours weekly from 8pm to 8am, including alternate weekends, with a focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting residents to maintain independence and dignity.

The ideal candidate will have Level 2 HSC (or Level 3 in progress), 12+ months right to work in the UK, and demonstrate leadership and teamwork. Previous night-shift care home experience is desirable.

Competenze

• Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months.
• Level 2 Health & Social Care, or working towards Level 3.
• Night Senior Care Assistant role requires 36 hours per week, 8pm–8am, including alternate weekends.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities and team-player mindset.
• Previous care home experience is desirable.

We’re looking for:

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3)
• Night Senior Care Assistant to work 36 hours per week from 8pm to 8am to include working alternate weekends
• A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities
• Previous experience working in a care home as a Night Senior Care Assistant is desirable

Your role:
