Job summary

Agincare is hiring a Night Care Assistant to join a care home team in the Swindon area. The role is 36 hours per week, includes alternate weekends, and nights. No previous experience is required beyond a compassionate mindset and the right to work in the UK.

Fully funded training and career development are provided, with on-demand pay and pension benefits. You'll provide personal care, support with daily living activities, assist with medications, and help residents stay engaged through

Qualifications

• Experience working in a care setting is required for this role.
• Compassionate, patient and great with people.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship)
