Job summary

Agincare Group is hiring at Nightingale care home in the United Kingdom. This Night Senior Care Assistant role is 36 hours per week, 8pm to 8am, with alternate weekends. You’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support residents with personal care and independence.

We offer training up to QCF Level 5, a company pension, on-demand pay, and a refer-a-friend scheme. A strong team player with leadership qualities is welcome, with previous night care home experience desirable.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3)
• Night Senior Care Assistant experience desirable

• Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence
• Administer medication safely and accurately
• Contribute to and review care plans
• Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement
• Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed

What we offer:

• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3)
• Night Senior Care Assistant to work 36 hours per week from 8pm to 8am to include working alternate weekends
• A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities
• Previous experience working in a care home as a Night Senior Care Assistant is desirable
