Riverside is seeking a Night Assistant for Shackleton View and Shackleton Gardens in Liverpool. You will work 36 hours over 3 x 12 hour night shifts, ensuring safety, security and high-quality service for residents.

The role involves operating security and fire systems, assisting with tenancy-related inquiries, and supporting the Housing Team with admin tasks. Riverside promotes inclusivity and provides development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable client groups.
• Experience of lone night work and working in a team.
• Basic IT skills; willing to learn Riverside IT systems.

Responsabilités

• Operate and implement night security, fire and telephone systems.
• Clean communal areas and report repairs and maintenance issues.
• Maintain logs and provide customer service during night shifts.
• Support housing team with administrative tasks and risk assessments.
