Qualifications

• Requires valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manning reception and front-of-house areas.
• Welcoming residents, visitors and contractors.
• Controlling access to the building.
• Monitoring CCTV and security systems.
• Completing site checks and reports.
• Carrying out patrols and responding to incidents.
• Handling parcels and access equipment.
• Light housekeeping and waste handling.
• Supporting site management and contractors.
• Maintaining daily presentation of the property.
