Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and interact with guests, taking room service orders with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Efficiently handle multiple orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and respond to any guest inquiries or requests.
• Deliver items promptly and ensure that guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
• Work independently or as part of a small team, maintaining seamless service throughout the night.

• A genuine enthusiasm for providing top-tier customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with guests and address their needs effectively.
• Meticulous in handling orders and delivering high-quality service.
