Job description

The role involves leading and supervising the overnight operation of the residential concierge desk at the Raffles London OWO Residences.

Working closely with the Residents Relations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of concierge services, including resident check-in/out, arrivals, departures, and the overall resident experience. The role requires delivering a luxurious, high-quality service while managing delivery and service targets.

You will collaborate with Security, F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Spa departments to ensure seamless and exceptional service that exceeds residents' expectations.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Leading and supervising overnight concierge operations.
  2. Ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  3. Coordinating with various departments for smooth operations.
  4. Maintaining a focus on exceeding resident satisfaction.
