Compass Group UK is recruiting a friendly Nights Receptionist for Eastwood Hall, The Venues Collection, Nottingham. The role is 0-hour with shift work, including weekends and public holidays.

You will greet guests, handle check‑ins/outs and billing, and operate Opera Cloud and switchboard systems to support a seamless stay. Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong organisational skills.
• Previous hotel reception or hospitality experience preferred, but full training can be provided.
• Able to work night shifts and weekends/public holidays with flexibility.

Responsabilités

• Greet staff and visitors and serve as a main contact at night.
• Process guest check-ins/outs, room assignments and billing accurately.
• Operate Opera Cloud, PDQ machines and telephone switchboard.
• Carry out night audit and end-of-day procedures.
• Maintain security, confidentiality and a tidy reception area.
