Crowne Plaza Nottingham is seeking a Night Manager to lead the team as Manager on Duty, running night operations including night audit and guest requests.

Excellent communication is essential for smooth handovers; you will work across a 7-day, 365-days-a-year schedule, with flexible shift patterns discussed at interview. The role includes career training with nationally recognised apprenticeships alongside branded hotel training; salary is £30,000 per annum for 40 hours per week.

Competenze

• Experience at a management level in a branded hotel operation (Front Office preferred).
• Excellent communication skills for detailed handovers and guest interactions.
• Wlexible, shift-based availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Do you have experience of working at a management levelin a branded hotel operation (ideallywithin a Front Office team)?

As Night Manager you will lead the team as the Manager on Duty, making decisions and solving problems. Your role will include running night audit, health and safety checks and dealing all guests requests.

Great communication skills are required as detailed handovers are required for the incoming shift and Duty Manager.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
