Crowne Plaza Nottingham is seeking a Night Manager to lead the team as Manager on Duty, running night operations including night audit and guest requests.

Excellent communication is essential for smooth handovers; you will work across a 7-day, 365-days-a-year schedule, with flexible shift patterns discussed at interview. The role includes career training with nationally recognised apprenticeships alongside branded hotel training; salary is £30,000 per annum for 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience at a management level in a branded hotel operation (Front Office preferred).
• Excellent communication skills for detailed handovers and guest interactions.
• Wlexible, shift-based availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team as Manager on Duty and oversee night operations.
• Complete night audit and health & safety checks every shift.
• Handle guest requests and ensure smooth handovers between shifts.
