We are actively seeking a Night Receptionist at Fanhams Hall in Ware, Hertfordshire who will be responsible for the hotel, the guests, and the operation during the night shift. The position requires working 16 hours per week, from 10:45 pm to 7:15 am.
Role Responsibilities

As a Night Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining luxury standards of cleanliness and service at all times
- Operating cleaning machinery according to guidelines
- Using cleaning chemicals in line with COSHH guidelines
- Attending to guests' needs, including arrivals and departures
- Setting up conference and banqueting rooms as required
- Ensuring the security and safety of the property and guests, adhering to company policies and legislation
- Performing regular security patrols
- Working as part of a team to enhance the guest experience
- Maintaining effective communication across departments to maximize revenue opportunities
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a night receptionist or porter
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work overnight shifts
- Good communication skills and high level of spoken English
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Genuine, approachable, and attentive personality
