Job summary

voco St. David's Cardiff are seeking a Night Receptionist to join our Cardiff Bay 5-star hotel on 20:00–08:00 shifts, 4 days on, 4 days off. The role offers an hourly rate of £14.15, equating to around £29,432 annual salary for a full-time pattern.

As Night Receptionist you will deliver a superior guest experience, handle queries and complaints, and work within a dynamic hotel team. Experience with Opera PMS is advantageous, and a passion for hospitality is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Receptionist, Guest Relations, or Concierge.
• Passionate about delivering great service and guest focused.
• Experience handling guest queries and complaints.
• Experience using Opera PMS is a huge advantage.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a wide hotel team.

voco St.David's Cardiff have a fantastic opportunity for a Night Receptionist to join our Cardiff Bay 5-star hotel!

The shifts pattern is from 20:00 – 08:00, 4 days ON, 4 Days OFF.

You will earn £14.15 per hour, which is equal to £29,432.00 salary.

To succeed as a Night Receptionist, you will need:

• To be passionate about delivering great service and be guest focused

• Part of the role is to serve alcohol to guests as required

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Receptionist, Guest Relations, Concierge

• Experience with handling guests queries and complaints

• Experience using Opera PMS is a huge advantage

• To be willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team
