IHG Hotels & Resorts, voco St. David's Cardiff, is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our Cardiff Bay 5-star hotel. You will earn £17.30 per hour, equivalent to £35,984.00 per year plus service charge.

As part of a dynamic kitchen team, you will work across all sections, delivering high-quality dishes and ensuring guest satisfaction in a 4/5-star setting. Excellent training and progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Past experience in a similar role at a 4/5* hotel or restaurant.
• Experience working in all kitchen sections.
• Willingness to learn new things and work as part of a hotel team.

To succeed as a Chef de Partie you will need:

• Past experience working in a similar role at a 4/5* Hotel or Restaurant
• Experience with working in all sections of the kitchen
• To be willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team
