Job summary

voco Oxford Spires, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a dedicated Night Receptionist for a full-time night shift from 22:45 to 07:00. The role offers competitive pay (£14.15 per hour, equivalent to £29,432 annually) and a dynamic environment in a premier Oxford hotel.

You will be responsible for guest reception, handling inquiries, and delivering warm service to guests throughout the night. Prior reception experience and Opera PMS familiarity are advantages.

• Experience handling guests queries and complaints.
• Experience as receptionist, guest relations or concierge, with alcohol service as needed.

A fantastic opportunity for a Night Receptionist to join our team in voco Oxford Spires on a Full-Time contract!

The shifts are from 22.45 to 07.00 / You will earn £14.15 per hour – equal to £29,432.00 salary.

To succeed as a Night Receptionist, you will need:

• To be passionate about delivering great service and be guest focused
• Part of the role is to serve alcohol to guests as required
• Previous experience in Receptionist, Guest Relations, Concierge
• Experience with handling guests queries and complaints
• Experience using Opera PMS is a huge advantage
