voco St David's Cardiff in Cardiff Bay seeks a Night Receptionist to join the 5-star team. Shift pattern is 20:00–08:00, 4 days on/off. You will earn £14.15 per hour (£29,432 salary). The role focuses on delivering a superior guest experience with a friendly, knowledgeable approach at night.

The shifts pattern is from 20:00 – 08:00, 4 days ON, 4 Days OFF.

You will earn £14.15 per hour, which is equal to £29,432.00 salary.

As a Night Receptionist, you will play a vital part in delivering a superior guest experience. We take pride in the fact that we are experts in what we do and love to demonstrate this expertise to our guests with a sense of flair.

• To be passionate about delivering great service and be guest focused
• Part of the role is to serve alcohol to guests as required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Receptionist, Guest Relations, Concierge
• Experience with handling guests queries and complaints
• Experience using Opera PMS is a huge advantage
• To be willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team
