voco Oxford Thames is inviting applications for a Night Receptionist to join our team on a Full-Time contract. Shifts from 22.45 to 07.00, with hourly rate of £14.15, equating to about £29,432 per year.
As a Night Receptionist you will welcome guests, handle check-in/out, answer queries, and liaise with all hotel departments. Previous reception or guest relations experience is desirable, and Opera PMS experience is a huge advantage. Staff accommodation is available in Oxford.

As a Night Receptionist, you will play a vital part in delivering a superior guest experience. We take pride in the fact that we are experts in what we do and love to demonstrate this expertise to our guests with a sense of flair.
To be passionate about delivering great service and be guest focused
Part of the role is to serve alcohol to guests as required
Previous experience in Receptionist, Guest Relations, Concierge
Experience with handling guests queries and complaints
Experience using Opera PMS is a huge advantage
To be willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team
