Job summary

Travelodge Liverpool Central is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You’ll welcome guests, check them in, and help set up the hotel for the next day in a friendly, supportive environment. No prior experience is required as we coach you, and there are flexible hours to suit everyone.

• Welcoming guests and checking them in as Night Reception Team Member.
• Setting up the hotel for the next day, including housekeeping trolleys and breakfast prep, and occasional bar service.
• Handling noise complaints and evictions when required.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as ‘FAB Fridays’ and ‘Housekeeping Heroes’. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
