Job summary

Travelodge Grantham South Witham is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, and help run the hotel smoothly through the night. No experience needed as full training is provided, with opportunities to learn and grow within a supportive, family-feel team.

You’ll be part of a fun environment with flexible working to suit everyone, including possible bar service and daily hotel setup tasks to prepare for the next day.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and friendliness.
• Ability to work part-time nights.
• Interest in progression via Aspire Programme.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and checking them into the hotel.
• Walk the corridors, respond to issues like noise and disturbances.
• Set up the hotel for the next day: prep housekeeping trolleys and breakfast service.
• Serve behind the bar at times and assist with guest needs.
• Support the team to ensure a smooth, enjoyable guest experience.

Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
