Travelodge is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time basis at Travelodge Toddington M1 Southbound. Join a friendly, supportive team and receive full coaching and training to perform guest check-ins and hotel setup for the next day.

You'll help with housekeeping prep, breakfast readiness, and occasionally bar service while maintaining a welcoming environment for guests and managing routine night-time tasks.

Formación

• No experience required for this role, we can coach and teach you everything you need to know!

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming guests and checking them into the hotel.
• Walking the corridors at regular intervals and handling noise complaints and evictions as needed.
• Setting up the hotel for the next day, including prepping housekeeping trolleys.
• Prepping for breakfast service and occasionally serving behind the bar.

Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
