Job summary

Travelodge Harlow is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a Part Time contract. You will join a fun, supportive, family‑feel team with flexible hours and no prior experience required as full training is provided.

Your role includes welcoming guests, checking them in, patrolling corridors, handling noise issues, and preparing the hotel for the next day. You may assist with breakfast, housekeeping prep, and occasional bar service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in at reception.
• Walk the corridors to ensure hotel is secure and tidy.
• Handle noise complaints and evictions when they arise.
• Prepare housekeeping trolleys and set up for the next day.
• Assist with breakfast preparation and service.
• Occasionally serve behind the bar as needed.

Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times"
