Job summary

Travelodge Bromsgrove is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. The role involves warmly welcoming guests, checking them in, and supporting a friendly, family-style team. You will help prepare the hotel for the next day, including housekeeping setup and breakfast prep, with occasional bar service.

No experience is required as full training will be provided. This position offers a fun, supportive environment with flexible working arrangements and opportunities to progress

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them in at the hotel reception.
• Walk corridors and monitor noise and eviction issues when needed.
• Prepare for the next day by setting up housekeeping trolleys and breakfast prep.
• Serve behind the bar at times as part of duties.
• Contribute to the Aspire Programme and team incentives.

Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
