Job summary

Travelodge Burton upon Trent Central is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, and help set up the hotel for the next day. You may assist with breakfast service and occasionally serve behind the bar.

No experience is required as we provide coaching and training. You’ll join a fun, supportive team with flexible hours and opportunities to progress through Aspire programmes.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Welcoming guests and checking them in.
• Assist with daily hotel setup, housekeeping prep and breakfast service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them into the hotel.
• Assist with breakfast service and bar duties when needed.
• Prepare housekeeping trolleys and supplies for the day.
• Handle simple guest requests and noise issues as they arise.

Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
