Job summary

Travelodge Worthing Seafront is looking for a friendly Night Reception Team Member on a Part Time contract. You’ll welcome guests, check them in, and keep the hotel safe and comfortable during the night shift.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided. You’ll work with a supportive team, enjoy flexible hours, and have opportunities to develop through our Aspire Programme and team incentives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them in at the hotel.
• Walk the corridors during the night to ensure safety and comfort.
• Handle noise complaints and evictions as needed.
• Set up the hotel for the next day: prep housekeeping trolleys, breakfast setup, and occasional bar service.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as ‘FAB Fridays’ and ‘Housekeeping Heroes’. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
