Travelodge Rochester is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. The role welcomes guests, checks them in, and keeps the hotel running smoothly overnight. You will assist with setup for the next day and help with breakfast preparation, with occasional bar service.

No experience is required as we provide coaching and support to learn everything you need to know. Join a fun, friendly team with a family feel and flexible working to suit everyone.

• Welcoming guests and checking them in.
• Walking the corridors at regular intervals.
• Setting up the hotel for the next day (prepping housekeeping trolleys).
• Preparing for breakfast service and sometimes serving behind the bar.
• Handling noise complaints and evictions when needed.

Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
