Job summary

Travelodge Bristol Abbey Wood is hiring a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time basis with Friday and Saturday shifts, and weekday availability is welcomed. Training will be provided, no prior experience is required, and the team emphasizes a friendly, supportive, family-like culture.

You will welcome guests, check them in, monitor corridors for noise or violations, and prepare the hotel for the next day.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and checking them in at the hotel.
• Walk the corridors to monitor conditions and address noise or eviction issues as needed.
• Set up the hotel for the next day: prepare housekeeping trolleys and breakfast service prep.
• Occasionally serve behind the bar and assist with hotel operations.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as ‘FAB Fridays’ and ‘Housekeeping Heroes’. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times"
