Job summary

Travelodge London Acton is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a full-time contract. No experience is required as on-the-job coaching is provided. You will welcome guests, check them in, and help prepare for the next day.

In a fun, supportive team, you may assist with housekeeping prep, breakfast setup, and even occasional bar service. There is a strong focus on flexible working and career progression through Aspire Programme.

Qualifications

• No experience required for this role; training will be provided.
• Friendly and helpful attitude; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them into the hotel.
• Walk the corridors at intervals to monitor events and noise.
• Assist with setting up for the next day, including housekeeping prep and breakfast service.
• Occasionally serve behind the bar as needed.
• Handle tasks such as resolving minor issues and evictions if required.

Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you'll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you'll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times.
