Platinum Recruitment is seeking experienced Night Reception and Night Manager professionals for hotels across London and the UK. Immediate starts and flexible shifts help you earn extra cash this festive season.

You will handle overnight reception, guest inquiries, check-ins and check-outs, night audits and security, while maintaining high service standards. English fluency and prior hotel night experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel night reception, supervisory or management experience is essential.
• Experience working within medium to large hotel operations.
• Excellent communication skills and English fluency.
• Comfort using hotel systems (Opera Cloud, PEP, Opera PMS).
• Willing to work nights, weekends and varying shifts.
• Flexible across different hotel operation levels.

Key Duties – Night Reception / Night Manager

You’ll play an important role in keeping hotel operations running smoothly overnight, including:

• Managing overnight reception and guest enquiries
• Checking guests in and out
• Managing reservations and guest requests
• Completing night audits and financial reports
• Overseeing hotel security and guest safety
• Handling guest complaints and overnight emergencies
• Supervising night teams where required
• Preparing for the morning team and completing handovers

What we’re looking for:

• Previous hotel night reception, supervisory or management experience is essential
• Experience working within medium to large hotel operations
• Excellent communication skills and conversational fluency in English
• Confident using hotel systems, particularly Opera Cloud, PEP and Opera PMS
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and varying shifts
• A flexible approach to working across different levels of hotel operations when required
