The Londoner is seeking a proactive Night Receptionist to join our front of house team in London. You will manage night lobby hosting and ensure a smooth guest experience during the night shift, on a rota of 4 days on 3 days off.

The ideal candidate has previous hotel reception experience in 4- or 5-star operations, excellent English, and strong customer service. We offer a competitive salary, 28 days holiday, hot meals, and staff benefits.

We are currently recruiting for a Night Receptionist to join our front of house team at The Londoner, our 5 Star Luxury Hotel.

Overview:

• An amazing opportunity to join our 5 Star Luxury Hotel, The Londoner as a Night Receptionist. The hours for this role are 4 days on 3 days off on a rota basis.
• As a Night Receptionist you will be responsible for night reception lobby hosting, ensuring a smooth guest experience at night.
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our core values and standards, exceeding guest expectations.

About You:

• Previous hotel reception experience is required ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation.
• Previous experience of IT applications including Opera, Office 365, Guest Plus.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
