Job summary

Norfolk County Council is looking for a Reablement Support Worker (Nights) based at St James’ Clinic, Kings Lynn. You will join Norfolk Swift Response, delivering compassionate support to adults in their homes during night shifts and contributing to rapid response to unplanned care needs across the county.

The role offers permanent contracts, 33.25 hours per week, and a salary range of £27,709–£29,071 per annum pro rata. Training is provided and career progression is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Respond to unplanned care needs across Norfolk on a nights shift.
• Provide personal care and support to adults to regain independence.
• Work with a colleague in a provided vehicle, delivering consistent frontline social care.
