Job summary

Evri Premium in Coventry is seeking an experienced Process Supervisor to lead our National Hub night operations. You will manage a team of Warehouse Operatives, ensuring parcels move safely and efficiently while maintaining high productivity and safety standards.

Reporting to the Process Manager, you’ll coach and develop staff, drive engagement and compliance, and ensure smooth flow of parcels through the hub. Nights shift: Sun-Thurs 18:30–04:30, with opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in a supervisory or acting supervisory role.
• Experience managing large teams of 20+ colleagues.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach to improving performance and driving engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Warehouse Operatives to deliver operational targets.
• Ensure resources are deployed effectively to meet changing operational demands.
• Monitor productivity and performance against key KPIs.
• Coach, develop and support colleagues to achieve their full potential.
• Promote a strong health & safety culture and ensure operational compliance.
• Complete equipment and process checks to ensure operational readiness.
• Support the smooth and efficient flow of parcels through the National Hub operation.
