Job summary

Evri is seeking a Process Manager for our night operation in Coventry. You will lead the night shift, guiding Supervisors and Team Leaders to ensure parcels move safely, efficiently and meet service targets.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on balancing people, performance, cost and safety in a fast-paced environment, with KPI-driven decision making and close collaboration with other teams across the network.

Qualifications

• Experience managing in a busy warehouse/logistics environment.
• Ability to lead Supervisors and Team Leaders.
• Comfortable using data and KPIs to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the night-time operation across the shift.
• Manage and develop Supervisors and Team Leaders.
• Plan resources against forecast volumes and requirements.
• Monitor productivity, costs and KPIs.
• Ensure service levels and safety standards are met.
• Identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain health, safety and compliance standards.
• Support peak planning and demand changes.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes and ways of working.
• Collaborate with other operational teams and stakeholders.
