Radstone Hotel in Scotland is seeking a Night Porter to join our team. This hands-on role maintains high service and safety during the night shift and supports hotel operations and event setup.

You will handle bar service, guest requests, late check-ins, luggage, and night audit duties, while balancing financial records and reporting maintenance or security issues. Part-time, on-site role with opportunities for career progression and staff discounts.

Responsibilities

• Bar service to guests during the night, ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment.
• Wedding and event setups in function rooms for weddings, conferences, and other events.
• Responding to guest requests, check-in/check-out of late arrivals, and ensuring all needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Ensuring the safety and security of the hotel and its guests throughout the night, including regular checks of public areas and rooms.
• Assisting with luggage, deliveries, and ensuring the hotel remains clean and organized.
• Completing required night audit duties, including balancing the financial records for the day.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or security concerns to the relevant departments.
