Job summary

RAD Hotel Group's Radstone Hotel is seeking a Night Porter to join the team in a hands-on, night-shift role. You will deliver excellent guest service, support hotel operations, and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness while preparing the venue for the following day’s events.

Based at the Radstone Hotel, near Glasgow and Edinburgh, the position offers flexible night hours, weekly pay, and opportunities for progression within the group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within hospitality.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Professional and friendly demeanour.
• Over 18 years old.
• Driver's license and own vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bar service to guests during the night.
• Wedding and event setups in function rooms.
• Check-in/check-out for late arrivals.
• Ensure safety and security of the hotel at night.
• Assist with luggage and keep areas clean.
• Complete required night audit duties and balance daily records.
• Report maintenance or security issues to relevant departments.
