Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ethic are essential.
• Knowledge of fire evacuation procedures is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Check in late arrivals and check out early departures.
• Ensure communication with all departments is thorough.
• Complete all tasks and handover at the end of the shift.
• Make wake up calls and book taxis for guests.
• Take room service orders and deliver to guests.
• Prepare and serve drinks at the residents’ bar.
• Perform regular security walk arounds throughout the shift.
• Set up rooms for meetings and private dining.
• Provide excellent guest service through personal attention and teamwork.
